Lydia’s Pantry and Clothes Closet
In the early 90’s, Lydia Krug had a desire to feed those in need in the Tomball area. With the help of her church family and the Houston Food Bank, this dream lives on today. More than 15 years later, Lydia’s’ Pantry provides meals to more than a thousand individuals each month.
Those who come for food are also invited to visit Lydia’s Clothes Closet. Supplied through donations by local business, this ministry helps provide basic clothing needs.
Lydia’s Pantry and Clothes Closet is an outreach program of Spring Creek Church of Christ that provides physical and spiritual assistance to people who need a helping hand. It is operated solely by volunteers and funded by donations. Lydia’s Pantry is open the first four Tuesdays of each month from 10:00 am to 12 noon, and is closed on the fifth Tuesdays.
